Right, but ritualistic could be as benign as a high 5, which has been specifically mentioned. I guess I should state, I'm not against the rule, but don't agree with it being overbearing.I just don't think the USASF is trying to prevent squads from having "ritualistic" entries onto the floor. I think they are trying to prevent the overdramatic, we think we are the deal, parade around for 2 minutes, chest bump every athlete on the floor, etc. etc. type of entry. We all know there's a difference. IMO, SOT's entries are NOT over dramatic. They come on the floor with quiet confidence and it shows.
We do know the difference between that and parading around. And as yojaehs
mentioned in a reply, those *could* be addressed more specifically, but it's easier to make a blanket rule, and make everybody pay the price. Something else I don't agree with.
