I think allot of people assume there's magic secrets to get healthy, but if you just step back and think about it you probably already know everything you need to know to be healthy! Incorporate lean proteins like chicken, turkey, fish. Any fresh fruits and veggies are defiantly a must! Nuts and whole Grains. Dairy products. And try to stay away from processed foods, excess sugar and salt. If its in a package (Usually) its bad for you, stay away from take out, try and make it yourself! I think its really fun to cook and you can learn new stuff and impress others lol. One things id really say is don't tell yourself "I'm never having chips ever again" because you're gonna end up eating a whole bag of those chips one night when you brake instead of having a handful once a week. You said that you mostly don't eat breakfast or lunch and eat something quick for dinner. Thats a really bad habit, I highly suggest even if you're not hungry whatsoever! Try eating somethings when you first wake up! You can start out small like some pieces or fruit or whole grain toast with peanut butter maybe a boiled egg, don't feel like you need to force yourself to eat a giant traditional breakfast everyday. Its also better to eat 4-5 smaller meals a day instead on 1 large meal at the end of the night but I'm gonna say its safe to assume you're busy with school and cheer. Just try your best to spread your meals out more and possible make them smaller, BUT I have no idea how much you typically eat so making them smaller might not be the case. I highly suggest taking some time to research how many calories you should be in taking and correct portion sizes and some easy healthy meals! Sorry this was a long post, I looooove talking health and fitness so I hope it helped :D
