There doesn't seem to be a 'correct' way in the UK so i'm guessing a lot of other countries are the same.

Well with me I can't do a heel stretch on my right leg with left leg in the stretch. I can do a really good heel stretch and bow and arrow with my right leg in the stretch. Yet my scorpion and scale I can do on my left leg in the move
