maybe some of you in the industry could " mentor" some of these coaches.... it would be an admirable thing to do. jmo.

They'd have to be around to be mentored lol. I'm pretty sure the Jamaican coach isn't present in Doral for the NACCC meeting or in Vegas for the Varsity Gym Owners Conference. However I'm sure if they wanted mentoring and sought it out that someone in our industry would be delighted to assist them. A Jamaican team seeking help is no different from a team from Wisconsin seeking help. You have to reach out if you want it.
