Anybody else have difficulty going from spring floor to hard floor for jumps?
My jumps to back are average on the spring floor, and i never bust. But for some reason, when I go to the hard floor they are terrible! And I land forward or bust sometimes. I think I psych myself out too. Any tips or...

I really want to get that backtuck this year and I've been working on my abs and leg muscle with conditioning. Also being a base, I would say, my muscles are quite well developed.
But I don't come from a tumbling background and I think my jumps are not high enough to start trying...
