    I have been stretching everyday for the past 3 months but it seems that everytime i do splits, it gets more difficult or uncomfortable.. am i doing something wrong? i always warm up really good and i get really sweaty before i stretch but idk why is that.. it just feels uncomfortable :/

    Pain From Back Stretching!

    When I stretch my back, I HAVE to roll afterwards, or else I wouldn't be able to walk haha. For instance, when I do a scorp and then to a arab, I can barely breathe because of the pain. Am I the only one in here with the same problem? And what should I do about it? xoxo

    How often would you recommend a flyer with limited flexibility (i.e. no scorpion, poor heel stretch, no overstretch, etc) . Is there such thing as stretching too much. What do you guys think?
