High School 2012-2013 New High School Uniforms

Kind of random.. but how many of your schools have the cheerleaders wear their uniforms to school on game days? A few schools in my county do & this is our first year wearing them & I feel like we'll get a lot of crap for it since some girls have waaay to short of skirts and are already called, well.. I'm sure you could guess ;)

I'm from Maine and my school has never worn uniforms to school. I would never want to either because of comfort and such. My school is fairly tolerant of cheerleaders but we would still definitely get a lot of crap for wearing them. We wear a team t-shirt instead so that we still represent our program!

we're sticking to the same uniform! . . . unfortunately it cost an arm and a leg. so i cant change it. well i can but to be cost friendly i wont.

Is that another uniform the other girls have on? The ones sitting behind you.

By the way they are simple but I like them but mostly I love your colors. Those were my high school colors!

My daughters team is getting new uniforms this year. the concept is amazing, I hope they are just as amazing!

Due to school dress code, the skirt cannot be worn to school, so this year the team got cute jerseys they will wear on game day during football season and then basketball season the cheerleaders wear their warm up jacket, letterman sweater if they have one or dress up nice.

We do! we have to, we also had to in junior high. if we're cold we can put our jacket over it or our pants on but we aren't allowed to wear a non cheer jacket/non warm up pants
I've always assumed everyone did that... I guess not. Our HS doesn't have a dress code, they believe in "freedom with responsibility" so it doesn't really matter. In Junior high we had a dress code and even if our skirts were long enough to fit it (a lot of our uniforms were too big) we had to wear blue leggins underneath them... it was awful hahahaha our uniforms were red!

these are our old uniforms... they're like ANCIENT but the cutest ones we have! I like them :) these are the ones for game days, we have another one but i hate it so no way am i posting a pic!

We have one uniform from varsity (the one in my photo) I love it. But its like red, not cardinal. Our newer uniforms aren't varsity, i dont know where my coach got them from. but honestly, they are one of the ugliest uniforms i have ever seen...I hate them so much, not looking forward to wearing them..But they are the right maroon/cardinal color!

At my hs we get new uniforms every year :( and the cost is always $350, plus camp wear and spankies, body liner, and stuff
our total was $650 this year, last year we bought two uniforms so the total was $150 >.<

nooo! total! its from our fund. we have like $50 left in our yearly funding now :p
