College An Intermediate Division In Uca?

Well, considering that NCA has an intermediate division, I was wondering if UCA could have an intermediate division for next year's UCA College Nationals? It would give some college squads who don't perform 2 1/2 pyramids and inverted basket tosses an opportunity to compete. Your thoughts?
