and random question have you ever kneed yourself in the face lol?

and the girl in the hurdler picture just made me giggle

i'm sure he has kneed himself in the face. me & a boy on my team have both done it in pikes. but i dont even think my pikes are anywhere close to as good as his though :confused:

Oh my gosh yes!! I tend to knee my forehead in my pikes... And hurdlers... Those can really hurt, my shin hits my face so hard... ;/ hahaha

Note to all coaches/choreographers: That's what a pike should look like. If your team doesn't have pikes that look like this, don't put them in a routine. They just look like total crap when they aren't parallel to the ground and folded in half.
