and the girl in the hurdler picture just made me giggle

i'm sure he has kneed himself in the face. me & a boy on my team have both done it in pikes. but i dont even think my pikes are anywhere close to as good as his though

Oh my gosh yes!! I tend to knee my forehead in my pikes... And hurdlers... Those can really hurt, my shin hits my face so hard... ;/ hahaha

Note to all coaches/choreographers: That's what a pike should look like. If your team doesn't have pikes that look like this, don't put them in a routine. They just look like total crap when they aren't parallel to the ground and folded in half.
