alright, so i have kind of a really stupid question...
what exactly is an "inverted position" or "inverted stunt".....??
i have never quite understood it no matter how someone has explained it to me...
could someone please explain it to me, and possibly give me an example or two?

Any time the flyers head goes underneath her heels/feet.
