Yes. Whatever team you're on by club it doesn't matter your country of citizenship. Ie Ulrikke (sp?) At CEA. Now as for ICU I believe you must compete with country of citizenship, idk.
out of curiosity what do other countries have as requirements for ICU, for team canada i know for coed you must have triple jumps to tuck, 2 to layout, round off full, and be a pretty well rounded athlete as well as showcase (via youtube video) a specific stunt sequence.

Most countries are actually like that. This was the first year Team Australia was selected and not just the best team already heading over to worlds.hmm thats actually rather interesting
