Season 3? I only saw one season! Not sure what I missed.looks like season 3 will feature invasion athletix from kaizer oregon.
this gym is a non-profit all star gym. didnt know those types of gyms existed.

When they do it to their kids it's bad but they're used to it. When they do it to kids that aren't used to it at all? That's just horrible.

To be honest that isn't healthy pushing these kids to the limit the 1st day. It's is asking for an injury in my opinion. Having not been pushed for months then to stretch them to the point of crying out in pain and to that girl almost passing out isn't safe.

Sorry for the double post. But I think this is a problem in all gyms not just Eddie and Orby. I have been in gyms when consultants come in pushing people to the point where they are pulling muscles and tearing ACLs etc. I think it should be part of coaches training to have some basic sport medicine knowledge and even personal training knowledge.

I feel like it's common knowledge that over stretching muscles can cause injuries buuut I guess not.

how does anyone know that someone is actually being overstretched from 5 seconds of cut scenes from a one minute video?
judging by this video, i can tell the nurse is torturing this poor girl...
that alcohol cotton swab mustve been intense, judging by her reaction. someone fire that nurse!!
