Well I love California Allstars and I feel bad they have to go thru this because it just seems like a horrible situation to be in right now BUT...

Everyone here knows I'm a BSB fan as far as teams go. Well I can't wait for worlds 2015 maybe people will actually be for them for once and not be on the smoed bandwagon. Haha I can't wait and the season has only just begun!

I'm kidding .... Kind of lol

I think although the majority of tweets are not positive, you need to remember they are teenagers. We have seen the coaches ask athletes to take down tweets before when posting about other issues, but when the team is hurting, unfortunately in this day and age one of the only outlets these kids know is social media. Orby is obviously hurt and upset and is trying to justify himself and whatever actions may have been deemed 'bullying' but I am sure once everyone has slept on it, things will settle down.

We have seen many other clubs do the same thing and post derogatory comments about other teams or athletes, but they get little or no criticism because they are not three time world champions.

Yes there was similar reactions when jenee left, and a positive reaction when gabi left. Maybe we should look at the manner in which the athletes leave? Does everyone not feel a little betrayed or hurt when an athlete leaves to go to another programme?

They're still old enough to know when they're being rude and saying hurtful things. Especially because at this point, there have been several similar situations. It was excusable the first time, but this has happened so many times that I no longer have any sympathy or understanding.

I don't know that she's letting anything like that happen. How do we know what is or isn't happening between her and other athletes? There are a lot of assumptions going on in this thread.

By no means am I defending any trash talking, btw. I despise that crap.

She is the gym owner - she is the only one who can make this nonsense stop. @Cheermom1969 – I don’t think Cali is a bad program (how could they be – they have you - and I am sincere when I say that!). Tannaz has not directly tweeted or spoken out, but she is just as guilty for enabling and supporting those that are employed by her to do so. I can even take the athletes out of the equation, but instead of responding to the athlete’s tweet in support she should be telling these athletes to stop. She has control over her program. She has the option to stop the web series. She has the option to tell her coaches not to speak poorly of athletes. She is choosing to allow it to happen. It is disappointing because as I said before, I very much respected her and her program. I have seen coaches lie and/or tell half truths about athlete's to make themselves look good and the backlash the athletes get is so unfair. It's a very sore subject for me.

My posts were solely directed at the coaches and ownership for the way they were speaking about a particular athlete. Color me surprised to find out another athlete has left. I wonder what will be said about him. All is can say is there is one less person to point the finger at.

I feel bad for the person that left. If he felt bullied then he felt bullied. I know that term is loosely thrown around these days, however when I hear that someone feels like they are bullied then I feel like you kind of have to believe them until something is proven otherwise.

Besides. No one else can personally dictate how you feel or how you have been made to feel. I'm glad this person did what was in their personal best interest.

Someone mentioned that when the girl from Miami quit there wasn't this backlash...that's probably because that girl was high profile and has mini stans that are a small scale version of Beyoncé's Beyhive. They would have drug those smoed kids through the Twitter streets.

While I feel like smoed clearly doesn't need to air their dirty laundry on he internet....I feel like this is only happening because he isn't "high profile" and there will be no repercussions (from "fans" ) to put them back in their place.

Because of this backlash (and footage from the show) I'm not exactly shocked that someone would accuse SMOEd of being apart of the bully culture

In conclusion, I'm rooting for Beatles anyway.

I believe he did quit. The team is now actually posting "USA, USA!" tweets... Going to unfollow now before my brain turns to mush! Lol
You mean to tell me that they were celebrating the fact that this New Zealander kid was removed? What did he do to deserve that kind of reaction?

And can people PLEASE stop abusing Go Fund Me?

I've said this somewhere but I'll say it here for those who may not have saw it.

After NCA 2013 two of our teams that won 1st beat out 2 cali teams giving them second.

A girl from each team took to Twitter to bash us because we should not have won according to them.

Annoyed as I was I screenshot it and posted it on my facebook. Just talking about what world class athletes those girls were (looking back I shouldn't have done that) ... Ahh anyways some cali people saw it and put me in touch with Tannaz because they were just as disgusted by their own athletes as I was and Tannaz had it removed pretty quickly and also had the girls apologize. She then told me she had them in for a serious talk I think with their parents?? Not sure anyways it was so long ago - I appreciated that she really did appear to be truly sorry for their actions and the girls post on Twitter appeared to reflect that.

I know it's hard to look at that especially after what was said on the episode but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn't use to best judgement then but do realize how that comes across! I love Cali still so I'm sure they will learn from the situation!

Wth, you remember everything else but not these details? Jeesh. Just kidding.

Was actually thinking of this exchange but couldn't recall who was really involved.

Yeah just from doing a cursory search on Twitter it looks like something else has happened today/this past weekend

ETA: someone on Tumblr says the New Zealander quit and called Orby a bully.

I'm not sure how reliable that is.
Wow, they just seem to bleed kids if this is true. And no, I don't believe for a minute it is because the workouts are too hard. Other programs work just as hard and don't lose as many kids

Is Kassidy even on the team anymore? It looks like she's saying the most that I can see.
If so, girl go do something else. Your time has passed.
She even tagged orby in one tweet using the "f" word. I would never dare use that language with an adult let alone my coach.

When are they going to realize that they're the problem?

This girl is doing the most to keep current.. At 18/19 years of age trying to get attention when the situation doesn't concern you is just childish. No matter what the "smamily" bond is she doesn't need to be starting problems.
