Coaching Youth Cheerleading

So I just got the job as a coach for Pop Warner cheer, the Mighty Mights. Most of the cheers we have are really simple and boring. Any ideas for new cheers that wouldn't be too hard for around 8 year olds to learn? Our team name is the Jersey City Gators.

I just started as a coach for the 11-14 year old youth cheer squad this summer. I talked to other youth coaches and the experienced coaches for the younger divisions. I spent a LOT of time on YouTube and cheerleading sites.
