Welcome to East Coadt Nitros in Frederick Maryland! Grand Openning this Friday ,may 18 th at 6:00 pm. So excited we will have a reliable n competitive gym in the area.

Where is this gym located, is there an address yet? I have a friend that lives in Hagerstown looking for a new gym, but said she has not been able to get an answer on an address. Seems kind of weird that there is an open house but no address.

They will post the address tomorrow on their web site and Facebook . Idk the # but it's on Tilco Dr . Frederick.

No secrets ! The address is ready! And the East Coast Nitros too! To show other gyms that they do what they promise !!! We needed good ,RELIABLE and competitive gyms in Frederick!

The open house last night was amazing! The talent that was there was ridiculous!!! Can't wait for the tryouts on May 23rd :)

The grand opening of Nitros new location was INCREDIBLE!!!! 80-90 kids there throughout the night! What a turn out! So excited for the kids to have tryouts on Wed. 5/23. 6-9 pm if anyone is interested. Go to their website for the tryout packet and info! Super psyched! East Coast Nitros + Frederick, MD = SUCCESS!!!!
