You're my hero. But you haven't said anything. Your posts are perfect examples of throwing shade.
It's so easy to remain anonymous and just imply things rather than stand up and say what you really think about a situation.
You don't like something, fine. But either grow a pair or shut up.
The talk is that it's Juba (Marlins coach, went to Nitros, left Nitros), Yuri (Fearless) along with a few other people. Anyone know anything else?just saw on Instagram a former Tsunami athlete post a picture for a new team. Crown Athletics. It looks like there is 2 locations? Crown Athletics
So you're telling me that opening 2!!! Locations in the same exact area as the rivals isn't shady.... Take your teal goggles off and answer the question honestly. Im no cea fan nor am I a cac fan.. just an honest question to youBecause she is Courtney, I know that plenty will give her crap for "opening another gym", just like last time expansion was discussed. There will those (a VERY predictable group) who will talk about how they have no respect for CSP anymore... Like they ever had any in the first place. ALL that hate while they happily discuss another Cali location or ACE gym. That is what I don't get... Is it just her?

Maybe someone here knows how this is going to work (us parents can't seem to figure it out and it makes us a little nervous!). Yuri was the owner of Unique Allstars (not Fearless), and he just closed his gym. Juba & Mykel (formerly of Nitros) are opening Crown Athletics in two locations - Waldorf and Elkridge. At the same time, Fearless Allstars posted a press release saying "We would like to take this opportunity to announce that Juba Ra-Akbar and MyKel Jones will be joining our coaching staff and fearless family." How on earth are they going to be at two of their own locations and at Fearless at the same time??The talk is that it's Juba (Marlins coach, went to Nitros, left Nitros), Yuri (Fearless) along with a few other people. I'm no expert on the other teams your discussing but I do have an involvement in the current Cali expansion near a current gym. My problem with everyone talking about the shadiness of teams moving into areas of current gyms is that no one knows what is going on at the established gym. Many people are happy to have another gym move into this area. So many problems and craziness going on at one gym so we are very excited that a gym that is obviously run in a different more positive way is now available to our CP. If a gym provides a good program then people wouldn't be lining up to join another program. So you're telling me that opening 2!!! Locations in the same exact area as the rivals isn't shady.... Sorry, that was a mistype. I was thinking Fearless because I knew that for a hot minute Juba was supposed to be going there. I'm just as confused as you. Was very sad to see Unique go because they were a strong program that we got a chance to compete against pretty often.Maybe someone here knows how this is going to work (us parents can't seem to figure it out and it makes us a little nervous!). It is usually done with a purpose, not just moving in to offer a better business. It's moving in to take over an area. Don't think they are necessarily trying to make a profit from that location but to pull to their multiple locations.I'm no expert on the other teams your discussing but I do have an involvement in the current Cali expansion near a current gym. Haven't heard anything about the "Texas Mom's" Murder for hire, in a few years!!!!! What a story, and then subsequent movie!!!!!!!!!! Everything is Bigger in Texas!!!!!:fro:Lol! Remember everything is bigger in Texas! When Texas has cheer drama it has the tendency to make national news... Murder for hire, anyone?
How come Texas is one of the biggest states but we don't have drama??
I have always wondered that!
I have heard nothing but good things about Juba and Mykel. I guess the concern is that Juba and Mykel will be spread too thin. The Fearless press release makes it sound like they are working there. I would have to imagine that starting a new gym is extremely time-consuming and it's just hard to consider a new program if the owners won't have their full focus there. And, it's been said before, but the information out there about Fearless is not good (both on Fierceboard and from friends who have been there and left). Just from what has been shown in earlier threads, I really don't want to join a program that is associated with them. This is a tough one...
