Okay so recently I've realized that my flexibility is just plain awful..... like my heel stretch is non-exsistent. I don't think I'm going to be a flyer anytime soon but if a spot opens I would love to be able to take it. Do any of you have any tips on getting a heel stretch, scale and scorpion within 4-5 months. Thanks!!!
