Shoulder flexibility is key!! Get your kids stretching them out, pushing shoulders back in bridges, etc. Other than that, I use stacked mats to help kids fall back in to bridge or kick over, lowering the number of mats as the get better. Tumbling down a cheese is good for getting the skill, while tumbling up a cheese is good to increase power and confidence once they have the skill.
