Get the coach to spot you on it a bunch, and then when its perfect, move to doing it onto a mat! When you get comfortable doing it on the mat by yourself, just remove it and do it on the ground!

Krissa just got her full but her coach says there is no such thing as a "mental block" you just have to push yourself threw it and not let your mind defeat you!!! Good Luck (:
