I don't think the national news sources are doing the best job covering it. If you want the full story you should look into the local sources because they've done much more thorough coverage (partially due to the mere fact that it was local news before national news so they've covered it over a longer period).

surprisingly, foxnews, of all places, has a snippet article that provided both sides of the story. foxnews actually provided an objective report. that is breaking news in and of itself!

It was probably the first thing they saw when they typed cheer or all the WE videos they found were of girls with curly hair lol.

Ok I'm getting way too invested in this. I'm reading some Facebook posts and I feel like throwing up!!! How can people actually be so ignorant it's sickening. You're reading the headline but not reading the real story!!! I can't even grasp my mind around why they're making this such a big deal!!!

I see from both sides as a parent and I see as a coach!!! I'm still waiting for the 3rd story although at the rate this story is catching buzz in sure that will never surface and instead we will be forced to watch a possible reality show based on this girl and her mother and how they try to get on different teams!!!

I can't even!!!!

In their "research" they probably typed in extreme cheerleading and CEA popped up lol.

I really hope that wasn't a legit media outlet. I would hate to see what other false information they are providing during their "news" segments. They are part of the reason why this whole thing has been blown out of portion. The media needs to do thorough research before reporting "parts" of stories and having the masses get hysterical over nothing.
