Hi y'all! I'm a co-ed flyer for a college squad and I have ran into a bit of a problem. I have stunted all girl my whole life and I have never had a problem with heel stretches, but for some reason they are kicking my butt now. I can do an awesome side heel stretch, but when I pull it in the front it's really low. Does anyone know any good stretches I could do to get it up? I do both left and right splits and hold it for two minutes and I'm doing all of the other normal stretches already but it's just not working.. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks y'all!
