Help On Understanding Usasf Vs. Iasf World's Bids

It unclear to me who give USASF and or IASF bids. Is there a link to give the specifics of which bids are given at which events? Thanks in advance for your time!

I think normally, USASF bids are given in the US (to USASF teams) while IASF bids are given internationally. There are some exceptions, eg. Sea-to-Sky in Vancouver which will award 2 USASF bids and 6 IASF bids.
