Help With Back Extension Rolls?

gah i hate those things, i'm competing on my school's level 3 team and they are asking me to do a back extension roll only i cannot push up with my arms? advice needed please!!
 
Make sure you push through your toes for for power and use that to help lock your arms out. Try and keep your arms by your ears to make less stress on your shoulders!! If you have to, you can kick out of the handstand after rolling
 
Shoot your feet up to the ceiling when your hips start to lift off the floor in your back roll.
 
As you're starting, make sure your weight is in your toes. As you're coming down, push through your toes, and just above the floor, this is the wrong term but "skid" and hit your arms on the floor, driving your hips up and legs to the ceiling. I hope I have explained this correctly. I love doing back extension rolls ! I'll be level 1 for life !
