My sister and I just spent $50 to be able to watch the live feed. Is it supposed to be buffering every 5 seconds?

It says that my available bandwidth is lower than it should be. I've been on google for half an hour and can't figure how to increase the bandwidth. Anybody know how?
I have Windows 7.

Bandwidth is how fast your speed is with your internet carrier. The only way to really increase it is to upgrade your service.

megaflipper is correct that if you change to a wired connection instead of wifi that will help.

but every website i looked at said that Windows reserves part of your bandwidth and that you can change the amount that it reserves.
