Hosting A Cheer Competition - Need Judges And Equipment

Well, the title kinda said it all. Our gym will be hosting an all-star cheer competition on January 28, 2012, in Bryant, Arkansas. I need help on where to find judges and rent the equipment. Any help would be much appreciated!
