Level 3 Tumbling - Aerials

Really just a question about aerials....

Based on what I'm reading in the rules, a standing aerial would be illegal because there's no hand contact but if they run into the skill, it would be considered running tumbling and be legal, right? So if a girl does a running stand alone aerial, that counts toward a level 3 running skill, correct?

I am NOT a rules expert, but I believe that is legal. CP's team did running aerials last year (not connected to anything) without a problem. I've also seen several level 3 teams perform them this year as well.
