Name On Uniforms... Help!

I'm designing the cheer uniforms for our new AllStar program and the companies that we are talking to have said that they use the tack/twill (suuuper thick not really moving) material for names... I've looked at a bunch of uniforms online and their names don't seem to look like that. Does anyone know how else to put the names on the uniforms?

I ordered ours from OmniCheer.com and they had lots of customization options. You might find other types on their website that you'd like better than tackle twill.

Ya I was looking into omni... the only problem is that I have designed the uniform myself and they wont do a completely custom design... If I can't find the name in a better form I may have to go with a non-custom design...

Definitely try GTM!! Much more options, not as cost effective, but definitely worth it!
