Hey Guys,

I'm working on getting my opposite leg needle right now, but am having trouble getting the leg straight. I have my over splits, but for some reason I can't get a nice needle when pulling in the air, or on the ground. I've added a picture of it, to give you an idea of what it's like at the moment. (Ignore the rose, my face was all scrunched up. Haha.) Should I change my grip maybe, or is it the position of my chest? Any help or advice would be fantastic. <3

I would change ur grip to just a reg Scorp grip with both hands on ur foot, keep ur chest and head facing forward/ infront of u (not turned out like in this pic) just work on pulling ur foot up as high as u can, keep ur chest up and lock ur legs, once ur Scorp is really high, regrip lower and lock out to a needle :)
