New Coach, Help With Cheer Words?

Hi all! I'm new to coaching high school cheerleading and am in need of some help creating a cheer for a competition routine.

The school is Mount Carmel (MCHS).

Their colors are blue, gold, and white.

The mascot is a cougar.


It needs to be about 30 seconds in length. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A little bit of crowd involvement would be nice, but it isn't necessary.

The blue, gold and white will knock you off your feet
Were ready to win
Were ready to cheer
Were here to be number one ** again
MCHS has no fear its 2013 and this is our year
Pride, Success, Victory, were definitly the best
Now say our colors loud and Proud Blue gold and white 3X
