sorry to ask this and maybe it has been answred but i have bought the VOD pakage for worlds and here i hear things abot nodes and i just dont know what they are.can anyone inform me? i cant watch the entire stream because of time difference so i bought the VOD..

edited just to say that i am still quite new to this. so i do not know everything. you can PM me with what nodes is if you dont want to tell me on here.)

Has anyone had any experience with Invisalign? I've had braces before but it's been 5 yrs since I've had them on and my teeth have shifted back, and I don't have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. I was looking into these versus getting braces again because those were a PAIN let me tell you!

My son used Invisalign. They were great as he could take the trays out while he played the trumpet. The price was only slightly higher than if he had gone the traditional wire route. Easy to use and he uses the last tray whenever he feels his teeth shifting.

Thanks! My dentist said it's supposed to be worn 22 hours of the day, and idk how well that will work out with me being a server, did he feel like he could talk ok with them in or was it kinda hard to understand?

He ate with them in and wore them all through school. No problems talking to people. I never thought about them until I asked if he was wearing them and he'd pop the tray off and show me. He wore them under his hockey mouthpiece as a backup guard. He just took them out to play the trumpet because they changed his grip on the mouthpiece. Very easy to wear day to day!

hey guys... its worlds weekend, so you wanna know something, that means i come out of hiding for an ENTIRE weekend. you wanna know what else? that means new pictures for new collages. and you know what else else? I think the pizza's getting cold. (curse you if you dont get the spongebob reference)

At one point during the live feed last year there were too many people trying to watch at once and there wasn't enough space or "nodes" available from the live feed system for everybody to be on at the same time. This led to some people missing a few teams, I believe it was mainly during Large Coed finals but I could be wrong. I have never had any issues with the live feed and I've gotten it every year (except 2012 because I went that year). I'm really sad I can't get the live feed this year because I have finals but I will get the VOD.

ok. but then it is ok. because i only got the VOD too. i live in sweden and have sleeping problems so i need to sleep but the VOD is good for that when i wake up i can log in and check it. so it doesnt matter that they have problems but thank you for the answer and good luck on your finals!!

Can anyone that is good with computers help me out? I have a five year old dell laptop so I know it's reaching the end of it's expected life, but last night it worked perfectly fine and now it won't turn on at all. You can hear the fan try to come on for like a split second and then it just stops and nothing happens. This is seriously the worst timing ever and I just needed it to last another month until graduation but I have no idea what to do.
 
Any good computer people? I need your advice. My laptop was in my backpack, so was my water bottle. Water bottle opened in back pack. My whole laptop did not get wet cause it was on its side standing up, but the fan got a little wet. Took battery out right when we noticed and put it where any possible water inside would be able to drain out. What do I now? I can't afford to buy a new laptop right now and that computer had at least three projects for my finals that I had not saved yet. I'm screwed. Is there hope for the computer?
