so i decided to shorten and only take 8 days, if i cant get that approved ill be shocked. I also was digging through my online employee website that manages schedules, etc. and realized i didnt get paid for three days that i worked......:banghead: so now im really PISSED, i get the run around about taking time off and now i find out i worked a good three days that i didnt even get paid for, probably due to them scheduling me overtime and not realizing it till it was to late so instead of unscheduling me and telling me, they just made me work for free.
ive already had so many obstacles at this new job that i had to overcome, but now im starting to think its not even worth it, probably going to transfer back to my old location after the holidays are over........

I guess it's a good thing you looked into it then since you discovered you didn't get paid. Will you look into being reimbursed for what they owe you? Hopefully it will go smoothly for you!!

until i can get this vacation approved i probably wont say anything to them about it. im just going to start documenting and writing down if i notice i work days and then they are screwed with after. ill probably start looking into filling out a transfer application right after new years. I would go to the HR department about it, but after working for this company for 5 years i have learned they are absolutely worthless when it comes to offering help.

If you buy the park hopper through USASF then it includes admission to the large coed and all girl finals in the baseball stadium (as well as to all the other days and sessions). If not, the tickets for the finals have gone on sale the evening before (around 7pm) and have sold out. People tend to line up for the finals relatively early on the day of but there is plenty of seating as long as you don't wait until the last minute.

Thank you so much! How do you purchase the park hopper through USASF? Failing that, where do you line up for the tickets in WWOS? So sorry for all the questions just would love to know so I know what to do before I go. Thanks again.

Park hopper is on line or the merchandise tent sells them too the weekend of Worlds or at WWOS outside of venue for the day pass.

I live a good hour away from Paris, so I'm safe, yes ! So I'm close, but not that close. This is pretty scary. I'm starting to understand why I saw 15 police cars with their lights on in a row on my way home from dance class tonight. They must have asked for reinforcements from everywhere around Paris.

I saw a video from inside the arena and you can hear the explosion..it's so terrifying. Prayers and positive thoughts to everyone affected.

I just got home from London yesterday and there are several big concerts and events, and also a football game in Stockholm tomorrow, I feel so uneasy. The police says there isn't an increase in the threat against Sweden but I can't help but feel scared. Things like this are so scary, it feels so strange.

I just got an alert on Facebook that one of my classmates from college checked in as safe in Paris.


It's insane. This is how we live now. There is a need for such a service. This is our reality.
