With the current wording you could toss from a handstand to an extended handstand, since there is no flipping

I wouldn't suggest that:
Stunts J2 - Release moves may not land in an inverted position.

Flipping is going from non-inverted, through inverted, to non-inverted. Inverted to non-inverted is not considered a flip and if you never go inverted it's not considered a flip.

Sounds good, so just clarify at level 4 we can go from handstand on the ground release move to the top as long as we don't twist?

I'm guessing you're looking at the word "any" in Stunts J4. I remember talking about this at Worlds, but don't remember what was decided. Let me check and get back to you.
