Wow, as a parent, I would not allow my daughter on the floor with her butt cheeks out like that. :(

That should absolutely not have been allowed. That should not have left the brain of whoever thought of it.

In gymnastics there is a mandatory deduction for a leotard cut over the hip bone. We need something similar in cheer too (too small bottoms especially)
Thankfully, we do, over here in winterland. Pretty strict regulations. For example only Srs(16+) can have halftops, And there is definitions for how much your top can show. Briefs/shorts have to cover the butt crease, skirts have to cover the buttcrease when standing still. If these standards aren't lived up to, you are not allowed to compete.

If i am wrong, anyone from sweden feel free to correct me.

OMG, butt crease. I have a new favorite phrase!

was just scrolling down and read the post above - thought you were going on about the zebra shorts! hell no.
Who Me? LOL no I was commenting about the red and black uniforms that said Celeb I think it was, it was red and black. As for the zebra uniforms with the booty out #NoComment

i totally cringed when i thought of photos of this team pulling body positions....i hope the photographer 'loses' all that footage!!

I think someone should photo shop this or take it down....It's weirding me out that we've had creepers on here in the past.
Let me tell you, I had serious reservations about posting this picture and it was not my intention to offend anyone. If the moderators decide to take it down, I completely understand. This is a relatively tame photograph depicting problems with the entire team...in person, the views were much worse. I don't understand why this program didn't attempt to fix this..by the way, this was taken on day TWO of the competition. Even if the problem wasn't known until the first day they competed (which is doubtful at this late date of the season), they made no efforts to fix it for day two.

It does add fuel to the fire for those who argue that cheerleading uniforms are too revealing.

I agree with you 1000 percent. There is no way as a parent that yo didn't realize BEFORE they competed the very 1st time that there was an issue. It's just inappropriate and I am really surprised the kids were allowed to perform in this smh.

I am going to vote that we take the picture down at post #3363. And if it is taken down...what you missed was rampant butt check exposure via spankies that were a size too small for an entire squad. And no skirts to soften the blow.

kingston mstealtoyou
I'm at work right now and my office blocks photobucket or else I would take it down at the source. My sincerest apologies.
