Why are college uniform skirts always do high waisted? Is this a dress code kinda thing?

NCA and UCA have (or used to have?) guidelines that included a maximum number of inches of midriff that was allowed to be bare.

I know at least NCA still does, and I like the look of the high waisted skirt. It just makes the uniform seem much more modest, and appropriate.

It's more flattering to the athlete and many times, school athletic departments prefer that they don't show as much skin for modesty and cleanliness. I think more all star teams should consider this because it truly is more flattering and comfortable for every athlete!

Back when my college had coed and all girl, the coed girls had low rise skirts, much more similar to all star with built in briefs. The all girl team had high rise skirts.

Coed stunting with high waisted skirts sucks. If modesty is such an issue, maybe toe touches and body positions should be eliminated.

if they care about accuracy of a large black cat, i think it'd have to be jags? or onyxcats, because they're onyx. i could see them using it at worlds.

unless, of course, they don't care about properly representing the big cats.
