All-Star New Uniforms 2014-2015 Season...just Because You Can, Doesn't Mean You Should!

I'm kinda sick of the neckline like 5 star. So many teams have it and it's so overdone

It looks uncomfortable and I don't see the need for bare shoulders. Or backless. Or mesh, for that matter.

Oregon Dream Teams "Dream" (medium coed 5) got new uniforms. They will also use these as program unis next year but in full tops.

Love them! I just wish there were no blue detail on the guy's pants.

But why are we praising gyms for coming up with solutions to an "issue" when the issue can be easily solved by just... not having an open back uniform

Even the word open back uniform sounds ridiculous to me.
Imagine someone saying that in football, basketball or even gymnastics....

About the Oregon uniforms...imo, the "O" is meant to be a simple symbol...repeating it into a pattern is too much. Way too much.

My kid complained all season about having to tape her bra strap on one side, and she is only 11.

At the end of the day, we're going to keep seeing these designs, and we might as well accept it and do what we can about it, rather than continue to whine and complain.

Or keep talking about it until gyms stop the nonsense. "People are gonna keep doing it so just accept it" is a terrible way to live life.

We complain when there are open back uniforms and then we still complain when a team makes an effort to make the trend more supportive...

You can't please everyone so as long as your team is happy, that's what matters.

Since when is advocating for safer and healthier standards whining and complaining? You can stretch out and harm your breast tissues by not wearing a sports bra but I guess if the kids don't care that they are harming their bodies than neither should would we.
