I think they're short on the leg and a little on the top. It's probably just because she's little. I'm sure they'll cover more on the older girls

Looks like she has the shorts a little lower on that one side and it's throwing the whole bottom off. I'm nuts but I would have had to take that pic again after fixing that. That's all I see when I look at the pic lol.
ETA= Something looks off on the top to me as well but I can't really figure out where the problem is. Is it the letter size, the neck line????????

I'm going to go with the size of the letters.
Improvements to this would be: make the waistband black, shrink the letters some and don't rhinestone them but maybe a burst of rhinestones around them instead.
And I'm just over mystique fabric in general. Probably because we had a full mystique uniform three years ago. Now I don't like it at all. My next uniform will have zero shiny fabric.
ETA: see @SarahS 's uniform? That's lettering done well. Nice contrast, great font, rhinestone highlights. Perfect.

Yes definitely the letters! I wouldn't be totally against the full rhinestone lettering if it had a contrasting border but I think your idea is even better. I am also way over mystique as well lol but that is a personal preference. There is also something about the thin white straps on the neckline that is not my favorite. I feel like there needs to be a more solid neckline. I think the biggest problem for me is the size etc of the letters.
I really like the lettering with the burst of stones around it.

I do too. But even if they did keep the rhinestone letters--which isn't bad itself (and they definitely need the contrasting border like you said), I think just a little creativity with them is called for. Some contrast is needed. If it's just lettering there needs to be a little more action in the sizing, spacing, general placement...especially initials.

It looks to me like the arms may be a little too small and twisted so that the whole top sits too far forward. Her left arm looks a little more twisted than the right, but the stripes are off center on both and the blue stripe doesn't hit in the right place where shoulder and neck meet. If the sleeves were fixed, I think the fit would improve.

OMG I SO WANNA BE AN ICE QUEEN.. Even though i have never cheered a day in my life and i live half way across the world, would someone please give me a double full and level 5 stunting abilities just so i can wear that uni (even though we have not seen the whole one yet I LOVE what we have seen.)
