Don't like the uni though. Back straps, completely mesh sleeves, and those silver fishing hooks= no.

Yep. That's why I was so traumatized by it. It was on Amazon prime so I naively turned it on, thinking it'd be like a lifetime movie.

I don't think this black and red uniform is that bad (except the shoulders... Uuuuugghh!) It's not great, but it's no worse than the other ones. I sometimes think if we couldn't see the name of the gym, people would react differently to these uniforms - because there have been some big name gyms that have had way uglier offenders, but everyone just loves them.

The "hooks" on the bottom of the skirt look like candy canes to me & I just can't unsee it.

This has somehow become a "fierce" sort of look. The mean, smizing face with that hand type motion. I think it originated for Top Gun/Cali since it's their sort of hand symbol. I'm all for just smiling and, you know, looking like cheerleaders.
