I need to see it from the front. It looks SOOOO busy in this view and I don't think I'm a fan. hopefully from the from it is less overwhelming.

They usually use GK, and these kind of look like the rest of the uniforms they've released this season, so that's who I'd assume did them

Its probably not attached to the uniform. Cells had a choker last season but it was a separate piece, like an accessory.
