What does Rebel have against slicked back ponytails? Or any other hairstyle commonly used in cheer.

Maybe they were trying to save money and use the same models that were also doing a photo shoot for a rockabilly clothing line later that day?

maybe I'm just going crazy, but I feel like there were twice as many cute/semi-functional uniforms in the Rebel catalog than there were in the Varsity catalog. Anyone else? Just me?

I think I don't like any of the rebel uniforms but I feel like I need to go back cover up the models heads because I am SO distracted by their hair. I feel like their hair is competing with their outlandish uniforms. You would think they would tone the hair down so the uniforms would be the focus?
Either way, no to everything in those pictures.

Wait why are side and stomach cutouts a thing? Did someone say "now that we have this full top rule, we need to find a way to make young girls feel bad about themselves. We wouldn't want them to feel confident in a uniform that flatters all body types. Oh, how about a cutout that any bit of fat will be sure to squeeze out of and will only look good on girls with six packs!"

These aren't...awful. The black part of the top reminds me of a libero(sp?) jacket. I also hate faux belts but after seeing a REAL belt used in Rebel uniforms, I hate them a little less.

The bottom middle bubblegum pink with black mesh monstrosity errrrr I mean uniform is the same design as these:

You can take their designs and make sane uniforms out of them. I love rebel.

Oh heyyyyy my uniform is in the rebel catalog...
Mine is one of the more "sane" uniforms though.

Maybe i'll ask my coach if we can do our hair like that this weekend for our competition??;)
