One Handed Back Handspring. Legal? Or Illegal?!

My coach wants to add in some cool one handed tumbling in the dance or something :p My team is level 3 so I need to know is it legal? Or not? Or possibly doesn't even exists in the all star world? Idk.. You tell me :) Or even one footed? aha idk we're just looking for creative ideas :)

yes, It is legal from lvl 2 and up

Legal at level 3. Standing BHS with one arm is illegal at level 2, but legal in running.

As stated above, you are good in level3, not level 2

But be careful that it is executed well, because it could bring down your tumbling score if its poorly performed.

Back in the day my pass was running one handed BHS right, one handed BHS left, full. HA the days when there weren't even levels...
