I know that on co-ed teams the male does not have to be in the co-ed (if there is say 1 male on the team), but can all- girl teams ( level 3 or 4) do co-ed stunts? Thanks

I know all girl teams can do co-eds. My oldest CP's all girl level 4 team did co-eds last season. I am just not sure what level it starts at.

you can do coed stunts in any division as long as they are level appropriate.

Thank you. Not sure if I am asking this correctly, but how is it scored? An increase in max difficulty or something else?

they generally score higher in difficulty, and if you're in a coed division it is required to get full points for stunt quantity.

Very Random: How do you differentiate when you abbreviate for IOC5 Large & Small Coed? IOC5 , just write small or large in front of it? or ?

Does anyone remember the team who danced to a slow song a couple of seasons ago, I think it was to a Britney Spear song maybe toxic and an all girl team (likely a small senior team) please help lol

I swear I am losing my mind...what is it called when the scoring is 75% based on your highest score of the weekend and 25% of the other day.

Floating score? That's a term I've heard used for that.

Does anyone know of a good grip for a 180 tick up? 360 tick up?

As an aged out athlete with the goal of cheering again either at a four-year school once I transfer or an all-star team I have run into the issue of not knowing where to go for tumbling classes to keep up my current skills and learn some new ones. I live in New Jersey and have looked into some of the closer cheer gyms to me (for reference of my area CJA without traffic is 30-35 minutes from me) and most cater the classes only for athletes aged to 18. I am turning 21 in the fall and I can see where gyms are coming from not wanting 10 year olds in the same class as 21 year olds but in saying this I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheer gyms or even gymnastics gyms that would allow me to take tumbling classes or let me take privates. Thank you so much, I hope you all are having a fantastic summer.
