All-Star Resources For Male Cheerleaders

I have looked through the boards and haven't seen a thread that is entirely dedicated to this.

Do any of the coed coaches or (former) male cheerleaders on this board have any resources for male cheerleaders? I'm not just talking about apparel (please post links if you know of anything), but fitness materials that you like, articles, anything. I've seen bits of info scattered between threads, but I would like to see everything put here.

My male viewers have been asking for a video with resources like this. I've been researching online, but I figured you guys would be able to help.

We working on adding content for coed stunting to Fierce Connection. As far as publicly available... haven't figured out how to do that one yet.
