Rubber Band Drills For Jumps And Tumble

I just bought a pack of big rubber bands from walmart and wanted to incorporate them into practices but not sure many drills or exercises to do with them. Any suggestions??
 
We just started doing drills and jumps with them every practice. We tie the rubber bands together in threes.
1. Stand with arms in a T and put ankles through end rubber bands and do leg kicks in front of you on each side with pointed toes of course. U can also rotate your hips and kick to the side.
2. Rubber bands in same place. Standing, Arms in a touch down. Lift knee as high and close to you as possible in front. You can also do butt kicks with them. Both of these help in hurdlers.

Hope this helps a little! There's more but I can't remember them.
