Im a level 4 all star cheerleader and for my running pass i throw a layout... at the beginning of the season my coach took out my standing tumbling because it was sloppy so i havent done standing tumbling in a while. today at the gym i was practicing standing when i realized i can barely do anything standing anymore. i still have all my running tumbling but am only throwing a backhandspring for standing. is this a mental block, or how can i get over it?
