Standing Tumbling

Im a level 4 all star cheerleader and for my running pass i throw a layout... at the beginning of the season my coach took out my standing tumbling because it was sloppy so i havent done standing tumbling in a while. today at the gym i was practicing standing when i realized i can barely do anything standing anymore. i still have all my running tumbling but am only throwing a backhandspring for standing. is this a mental block, or how can i get over it?

It's only a mental block if you allow it to be. If it's been a while you might need some time to get back into it! Don't stress it too much! Just keep working on it. And don't think too hard about it! I always say thinking is your worst enemy when it comes to tumbling! ;)
