Reposting in this thread too: My girls level 4 small senior team didn't make it to day 2. Looking for info. on Thunder Elite Shock from Texas. They had a stunt fall and were against amazing difficult clean teams. I completely understand why we didn't place in the top ten, but would still like to know what place they got out of the 38 teams the first day. If anyone has any inside info. please share or pm me. Thanks bunches!

Can the coaches not tell you. I think they can get, or may already have, the overall score of the other teams just not their actual sheets.

So Varsity always gives my gym the short end of the stick...we get to reveals, and we don't get announced as finalists. So we're all a little sad (though one of our mommas did win the dance off haha), and then someone looks on Varsitys twitter page and sees us listed as a finalist for our division?! Our coaches ran to the judges table and came back and told us they had some "serious news", so "find a hand to squeeze", and our gym owner started off her sentence with "the judges said they're sorry to inform you...that it was incorrectly announced and you're finalists!" I guess it was worth the suspense
Needless to say I'm pretty excited to be a finalist last year and this year, and this is my senior year

congrats!! what else has happened in the past? And btw - did they just not announce your team or was the wrong team announced? I feel sorry if a team was told they were going and then told ... uh sorry we got it wrong. That would be sad...

I won't go into details because last time I mentioned their company name with my gym name they contacted my gym-LOL. But no, they only announced 7 teams!! And we were all like...they tweeted we were finalists and they only announced 7 finalists so it has to be true!

So I feel bad for the teams that competed in the varsity tent today - especially if they did not make it to day two. This area seems to fall short of The Summit experience. Anyone else feel this way?

I felt that way about the Varsity area for UCA nationals. In my four years of HS I competed in all four venues and that one was my least favorite.

They were an obvious 1st place team! So good!!


I do think putting on sunglasses though for 1st and accepting your award is kind of tacky but maybe it's just me!

Pro Athletics Showstoppers are absolutely beyond amazing! Could watch them all day. Those kids work harder than some level 5 teams. I really want to sit in on one of their practices and see how they get kids that young being so sharp and precise with flawless technique!
And i think they looked adorable in their sunglasses! They've been wearing them all weekend, so maybe it's just a team thing.
