OT The Dance Moms Thread!

Oh it's her DREAM to sing professionally! She has lots of videos on YouTube. Nothing real recent though. I've posted her videos on here before. They don't go viral. haha She wants to try out for The Voice this year since she'll be 15. She knows that's a one in a million shot. But we'll give it a try if they have any auditions close to OK. :)

Here's a song she sang at her 8th grade talent show back in May if you're interested in watching. :)

@Mclovin does she have any interest in songwriting? Since cheer music mixers are using more independent artists, I've been wondering if kids like her could record songs to be used in their teams mixes? It would be really cool to have a personal song in your mix that meant a lot to your team, and it would be good exposure for her.

You know, I have thought about that actually. She's not good at songwriting yet. I don't think she has enough true life experiences to write from her heart, lol, so what she attempts to write isn't very good. ;) However, that is definitely something I will keep my eye on as she gets older.

Holla at me I she ever decides to audition for American Idol, years of watching has me convinced that I could successfully coach a winner as long as producers go away and not say as outside influencers.

I also think I've figured out a formula to make a video go viral....I just haven't tried it since I'm talentless

We used to watch AI faithfully. Life just got too busy so we don't anymore. My oldest daughter watches The Voice and is convinced my youngest could make it onto that show if she would put a little time into perfecting the little things like breathing, and singing with passion and conviction (she tends to stand and sway instead of perform , lol).

Hey, if you think you could get one of her videos to go viral, I'll hire you to be her manager! lol Of course, no payment until she gets a gig! haha :D

ughhh so disturbing. but I mean cheer isn't too far off. I have seen more youth aged kids with bleach blonde hair this season popping up on SM and I cringe every time. their hair is going to fall out by the time they're 15 (especially with all that teasing :confused:) I also cringe when I think about what some of these parents must be paying for hair appointments. :eek: at least jojo's mom was doing it for her to save a buck.

I think they actually showed her doing that on the other Abby show JoJo was originally on. I am sure it has to do with her being blonde and more noticed that way - mom feels she's made a name in the dance world and this is her "image".

And yet again Maddie looked everything but happy in the newest episode. Melissa is destroying that child. Poor kid
JoJo ..oh what a kid, she will have a really hard time growing up seeing as how conceited she already is , wow this is the first time i ever agreed or will agree with abby.
There is just something about Kendall dancing that i can't like, she always looks awkward to me, she misses that elegance other dancers have
Oh and this episode finally showed everyones true colors, i mean it was always obvious for what reason the moms do the show but now they FINALLY admitted that all they are looking for is fame for their kids. Horrible people
