Hello! I have recently had a huge growth spurt. My problem is that I have very long legs so it has been harder for me to gain power in my tumbling. Does anyone have any tips for gaining more power in tumbling? Anything would help(:

alright thank you!! I will try that when I am at the gym next(:The power comes from your block and your snap down, so try hand stand blocks and cart wheel blocks and work on hand stand snap downs to get the muscle memory of doing it. It'll help a lot with power
