Nope. They had to choose between JamFest and UCA and they chose JamFest.

Do they still limit crossovers at UCA?

they changed the cross over rule this year....they are allowed at any level, with the exception of level 1 to level 5, other than that, all crossovers are ok! :)

I think the entire Stingrays program is coming back this year, but I could be wrong. I am glad to see Rocket Elite is coming back, they are my all time favorite program!
