i think it only gets passed down if its a paid or partial

I thought that was the case if the team gets a paid/partial bid later in the season but I could be wrong... if the team announces at the competition that they decline the bid given to them, then it can be passed off?

I think you're right.

If you go on spirit cheers website PRO is still listed as winning the AL even though they declined it at the competition. Looks like there bid did not get passed down. Could just be a lak of updating the website, but the results went up long after they declined the bid

I've heard major rumors about judging, unsportsmanlike conduct, etc. Let's just say I can't wait until results are released, and I'll be interested to see if scores are included.

I know in Lrg senior 3 Cheer factor got 1 & cc champs got 2 ...

Youth 2 PRO won & got lvl 2 GC even tho sparks was announced as 1st

Pro Jr. 2 got 1st baystate got 2nd I believe

Jr coed 3 baystate won
