HANDSTANDS. Crawl up to a handstand with your face facing the wall, put your feet about 6 inches apart, place the ball of your toes on the wall for better traction. Then, one hand at a time walk down so that your body is in a horizontal position with your hands on the floor and your feet on your parents wall (don't worry they won't mind). Then try to walk back up. Repeat 5 times or 100 until strong.
